When the roar of RC Strasbourg Alsace (LIGUE1) fans changes lives

€17,000 raised IN SEASON 2024-25 through the Hager Decibel Meter powered by Uplause

Since the launch of the Hager Decibel Meter at the start of the 2023/2024 season, every game at La Meinau stadium has become more than just football.

It’s been a chance to transform the stadium’s unique atmosphere into a powerful act of charity.

The concept is simple, yet impactful: every time the sound level exceeds 90 decibels during a match, Hager commits €1,000 to a fund supporting projects run by the association “Femmes de Foot” (Women of Football). Thanks to the unwavering voice and passion of the Racing supporters, €17,000 has been collected last season.

This donation made something truly special possible: the training of Sun, an assistance dog from the association Handi’Chiens. Sun is now a full member of a ULIS (inclusive learning unit) classroom at Collège Françoise Dolto in Sierentz, where she supports and comforts students 28 hours per week.

To celebrate this achievement, Sun and the students were invited to La Meinau for a once-in-a-lifetime experience: welcoming the players’ bus, watching warm-ups from pitchside, and even being featured on the stadium’s giant screen
