The 2023 college football season was another electrifying for the Virginia Tech Hokies, not just for the plays on the field but also for the roaring energy off it. The past season, the Hokies have taken their fan engagement to the next level by introducing the Uplause Live Noise Meter at Lane Stadium.

Lane Stadium, already known for its deafening atmosphere, has become even more thunderous thanks to the Uplause Live Noise Meter. This technology measures the decibel levels of crowd noise in real-time, displaying it on the stadium's big screen to encourage fans to outdo themselves. The louder the crowd, the higher the decibel reading, creating a fun and interactive way to boost the team's morale.

### Here’s a closer look at how this innovative addition has transformed game days for Hokie fans.
